With the advent of computers and the information technology revolution going on throughout the world, I managed to cope with these developments and I can adequately use the computer in my work and utilize the internet both through the e-mail service and the search engines. About 7 years ago I worked as "sub-contractor" for translators with the United Nations agencies (FAO, IFAD, ITU, etc.). Two years ago I started work (using the net) as backup translator for the United Nations Environment Programme UNEP in addition to my officially certified job with the University of Alexandria .
